or not they will accept an online traffic school program as opposed to a classroom traffic school
program.

paid money to the court already,
do I also have to pay for traffic school?
The fees you paid to the
court are strictly court fees. You must now choose a traffic school
option and pay tuition to the individual traffic school. At InterActive! Traffic School, there are no EXTRA
fees for certificates,
tax or regular mailing, if required.

Can I
get an extension to turn in my traffic school certificate?
Every court jurisdiction is
different. You will have to call your court to find out what their
policy is on traffic school
completion certificate due dates.

or do I just need to finish

Your Traffic School Completion
Certificate
is ordinarily due in the court by the due date. You will have to check
with your court to be certain.

How long will
it take me to complete the InterActive! Online Traffic School course?
As individuals vary, so
does the time it will take any one student to complete, if you
received your citation in most California counties. While the course is a
court-approved equivalent of an 8-hour classroom traffic school class, most
courts allow online programs to be self-paced.
Some students whip through our web traffic school program in a couple of hours,
others choose to log on and off over the course of a couple of days.

What
paperwork do I need to turn
into the court when I finish the course?
Ordinarily, the only thing
that is required that you turn back to the court is a Traffic
School Completion Certificate. See "Which
Courts" to see if your court has any special requirements.
Can you fax or
E-mail the traffic school certificate to me or the court?
This is allowed
in Los Angeles County ONLY.
Otherwise, your traffic school completion certificate may ONLY be
created according to the requirements of your court. See
"Which
Courts" to verify the method of certificate delivery that your
court requires.

Do I
need to complete the online traffic school course
within a certain amount of time after I sign
up?
You may take as much time
as you need to complete our online traffic school course. However, you will want to make sure
you can get the Traffic School Completion Certificate to the court by the due date.
However, IF your court requires that
your certificate be mailed we offer the following options:
* FOR REGULAR MAIL (No additional charge)
* 2-3 DAY PRIORITY
MAILING ($15.00 additional charge)
* FEDEX OVERNIGHT with delivery by 6:00 PM ($29.95 additional charge)
* FEDEX OVERNIGHT with delivery by 1:00 PM ($34.95 additional charge)
Your traffic school program must be completed by 10:00 AM; Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Student completions
after 10:00 AM Monday-Friday,
on the weekend or on legal holidays, will be mailed on the next business day.
*Certified mailing with return receipt
is also available.
*Overnight deliveries
are made Monday-Friday ONLY!
You will be able to request
your mail preference
at the END of your traffic school program.
It's
been a while since I got my ticket,
and I still haven't heard from the
court. What should I do?
Call the court in the
jurisdiction where you received your ticket and have your citation
number handy. They should be able to tell you what to expect.
If I
completed a traffic school requirement
within the last 18 months, can I
go again?
You would have to speak
directly to a judge about whether or not you would be eligible to attend
traffic school again.
Can I do this
traffic school program if I have WEB
TV?

CALIFORNIA?
We are able to offer you this
course because the COURT where you received your citation has approved our program. That means your point WILL BE MASKED on your
California DMV records, exactly as if you went to a classroom traffic school.
The DMV DOES NOT ACT AS AN
APPROVING BODY for any
online traffic schools in California. While the DMV's of OTHER states might
take part in the approval of online traffic schools, the California DMV DOES NOT.
Because your COURT gave you
permission to participate in our online traffic school - your ticket WILL BE dismissed,
and you will not receive a point on your driving record;
however, there is NO SUCH THING as a
California "DMV Approved" online traffic school.
