1. The court in the jurisdiction where you received your ticket determines whether or not they will accept this alternative to classroom traffic school. 
Please check our court eligibility list to see whether or not your court allows this traffic school alternative. You may always make a request for this online traffic school to your court.
2. The fees you paid to the court for traffic school are strictly court fees. You must now choose a traffic school option and pay tuition to the individual traffic school. At InterActive! Traffic School Online - With Internet Games and Cartoons, there are no EXTRA fees for certificates, tax or regular mailing, if required.
3. If you require an extension for your traffic school certificate deadline, please be aware that every court jurisdiction is different. You will have to call your court to find out what their policy is on traffic school completion certificate due dates.
4. Your Traffic School Completion Certificate is ordinarily due in the court by the due date. You will have to check with your court to be certain.
5. As individuals vary, so does the time it will take any one student to complete. Some students whip through our web traffic school program in a matter of hours, others choose to log on and off  of their traffic school program over the course of a couple of days.  
6. Ordinarily, the only traffic school paperwork that is required that you turn back to the court is a Traffic School Completion Certificate.  See "Which Courts" to see if your court has any special requirements.
7. Faxing your traffic school certificate is only allowed by the Los Angeles County courts. Otherwise, your traffic school certificate may ONLY be created according to the requirements of your court. See "Which Courts" to verify the method of delivery for your traffic school certificate that your court requires.
8. You may take as much time as you need to complete our online traffic school course. However, you will want to make sure you can get the traffic school Completion Certificate to the court by the court-assigned due date. However, IF your court requires that your traffic school certificate be mailed we offer the following options: FOR SAME DAY MAILING OF YOUR TRAFFIC SCHOOL CERTIFICATE 
REGULAR MAIL (No  additional charge) 
PRIORITY MAILING ($10.00  additional charge) 
* OVERNIGHT MAILING  ($24.95  additional charge) 
Your online traffic school program must be completed by 10:30 AM; Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Student who complete their traffic school requirements after 10:30 AM Monday-Friday, on the weekend or on legal holidays, will have their traffic school completion certificates mailed on the next business day.
*Certified mailing with return receipt is also available.  *Overnight deliveries are made Monday-Friday ONLY. You will be able to request your mail preference at the END of your traffic school program.
9. If it has been awhile since you received your citation and you have not yet heard from the court regarding your eligibility to take online traffic school, call the court in the jurisdiction where you received your ticket and have your citation number handy. They should be able to tell you what to expect.
10. If you have completed traffic school within the last 18 months and you would like to attend again, you will have to speak directly to a judge about whether or not you would be eligible to attend traffic school again.
11. We are able to offer you this course because the COURT where you received your citation has approved our program. That means your point WILL BE MASKED on your California DMV records, exactly as if you went to a classroom traffic school. 
12. The DMV DOES NOT ACT AS AN APPROVING BODY for any online traffic schools in California. While the DMV's of OTHER states might take part in the approval of online traffic schools, the California DMV DOES NOT. Because your COURT gave you permission- your ticket WILL BE dismissed, and you will not receive a point on your driving record; however, there is NO SUCH THING as a California "DMV Approved" online traffic school.
13. Only the person that was issued the citation will be utilizing this traffic school course. It is against the law for anyone other than the person who was issued the citation to complete a chosen traffic violator school course. The penalty for this offense can be up to $10,000. 
14. It is the responsibility of the STUDENT to determine whether they are eligible to utilize the InterActive! Traffic School Online - With Internet Games and Cartoons as an alternative to classroom traffic school to dismiss their citation by reading FULLY the requirements for their court. No consideration will be granted due to an error on the part of the student regarding this eligibility. 
15. Completion of the InterActive! traffic school course in time for a timely submission of the completion certificate to the court is also the responsibility of the student. No consideration will be granted due to an untimely traffic school course completion on the part of the student regarding court due dates.
16. The materials in this traffic school course are copyrighted and all rights are reserved. No part of this traffic school program may be duplicated or used for any purpose other than to complete the court requirement for the single traffic violator who is registering for this traffic school course; except by a media reviewer who wishes to quote brief passages in connection with a review, without express written permission of the author.
17. A note for the hearing-impaired: While our cartoons and animations are not captioned, we do offer a text alternative for all traffic school study levels.
18. In order to maintain the affordability of our traffic school program for our students, student support includes unlimited e-mail support and is limited to a maximum of three, five-minute phone calls per student. We reserve the right to refuse service to any student that we feel is causing undue difficulty for our staff.
19. If you decide that you would not like to continue the traffic school program, you may e-mail or call the office for a full refund. Once you complete the program, no refunds will be issued.
