California Vehicle
Code Section 1808.7 mandates that only one citation
in an eighteen (18) month period be masked from
public view on your driving record through your
participation in traffic school.
The eighteen (18)
month period is calculated from citation date to
citation date, not traffic school attendance date.
You may attend any online traffic school approved
by the San Francisco Superior Court.
In addition to any
court fees, InterActive traffic school will also charge a
fee.
Traffic School Court Fees
In addition to the bail (fine), a non-refundable,
State-mandated administrative fee of $27.00 must be
paid directly to the court.
Note: The bail and
$27.00 administrative fee must be paid to the Court
prior to the completion of your online traffic
school. If payment has not been received your
traffic school certificate will be rejected.
The traffic school
will e-mail the certificate to the Court. You are
not required to send in your traffic school certificate.
