In order to maintain the affordability of our program, 
we must LIMIT PHONE SUPPORT to a maximum of 
THREE- 5 minute phone calls per student.

Phone Support is available:

California Program:
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
E-mail support is UNLIMITED!

E-mail support requests are also answered 
after-hours and on weekends.

Florida Program:
Monday- Friday 6:00AM-6:00 PM EST
Saturday: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
Sunday: 8:30 AM-4:00 PM EST
