Eligibility to Attend Merced County Traffic School:
You are
eligible for the Traffic School Dismissal Program if you
have not attended traffic school in the past 18 months and you
have an eligible violation. If you attend traffic school more
than once in 18 months, the violation will show on your driving
record.
If you decide to attend traffic school, you
must sign up for traffic school with your court and pay all the
necessary fees. Upon payment of the traffic school fees, you may
select InterActive! Traffic School.
InterActive! Online Traffic School is
approved by the Merced court.
If you do not complete the school and
return the proof of completion by the due date, your fee will be
converted to bail and will be forfeited. This will show as a
conviction on your driving record. |
