The identity verification system that we utilize accesses public records to verify your identity. A failed result means that your answers did not match the information available in the public records.
No one at InterActive has access to the questions that you were asked or
your answers. As stated in the information that you accessed upon sign up and then certified to before accessing the online ID system, if you fail both attempts for any reason, you will be required to take your final quiz in the presence of a notary and no refunds will be granted for your program or the failed online ID attempts.
You will need to log back into your program and print out the notary
quiz that is available after the review material. You can then take
the final quiz in the presence of any notary and fax back the answer
sheet and notary sheet to us.
