1.    We are able to offer you this course because the COURT where you received your citation has approved our program. That means your point WILL BE MASKED on your California DMV records, exactly as if you went to a classroom traffic school. 

The DMV DOES NOT ACT AS AN APPROVING BODY for any online traffic schools in California. While the DMV's of OTHER states might take part in the approval of online traffic schools, the California DMV DOES NOT.

Because your COURT gave you permission to participate in our online traffic school - your ticket WILL BE dismissed, and you will not receive a point on your driving record; however, there is NO SUCH THING as a California "DMV Approved" online traffic school.
