Eligibility to Attend Kings County Traffic School:
You must meet the following conditions in order to attend traffic
school:
1.
You must have a valid driver’s license at the time you were cited.
2.
You are not currently attending nor have attended a traffic school
program within the last 18 months of the date of the current
citation.
3.Your violation must be for a moving violation and does not have a
misdemeanor charge or require a mandatory appearance in court.
4.
Your citation is not for Vehicle Code sections 22406.5 or 21655.5
If you are not eligible to attend traffic school , but do so
anyway, the conviction will be reported to Department of Motor
Vehicles and placed on your driver’s record. There will be no
refund of any fees paid to the court or traffic school.
If you meet all the
conditions listed above, you may choose to attend traffic
school. In addition
to the fees paid to the court for traffic school you will also
be charged a fee by InterActive! Traffic School.
After your payment is received you will be given a date by which
you must complete traffic school.
Failure to complete traffic school by the due date will result in a
forfeiture of your fees and a conviction reported to the
Department of Motor Vehicles.
